So microwave items do not good in camp....

Final breakfast

Mr Day ready to come on home.

Arrival time

We should be leaving camp at 10am and arrive at Nixon between 11am and 1130am on Saturday.

The boys are looking forward to coming home and seeing you all.

Thanks for the opportunity to have your kids for the week.

See you in September.

So Eric had to run out

And he brings back a plastic golf set.

Let me tell you... If you want to entertain teenagers, give them this set.  Not only did they play golf, they were laughing the whole time.... Simple things....

Ralph gets his fish

Ralph finally got his fish for the fishing merit badge.  With the help of Benny.

And more

More volleyball

Thursday night is volleyball

Our out going spl

Ralph is his hammock

Poor Ralph's hammock was so tangled it took the help of 2 others to untangle it. And then he gets to have nice relaxing nap in it.

Our final night in full uniform.

On Friday night we had a closing camp fire that was 2 hours long.  To long perhaps but one part that was rally awesome was that the Order Of The Arrow came and got us from camp.

We had to kine up in a single file line and remain quiet the whole time.  Yes your boys actually did that for a little while at least.

Anthony showing his pioneering skills

Could the redhead be Ryan's girl?

David saying grave at meal

So at every meal we say grace.
And if you want to volunteer to do it, you may, and Thursday at lunch David wanted to give it a try.

Benny at swimming merit badge

Frank needing help getting out of bed thus morning

So Evan walks into camp

And he has a towel inside his shoe and he is dragging it behind him.

So we ask why?

He tells us he lost his one sock by handicraft.  And rather than get a blister he decided to wrap his whole foot in a towel.

Well at least he didn't get a blister...

Oh and we found his sock the next day. At least we think it was his.....
